Open NetSuite, go to Lists --> Relationships --> Customers.
Open the view named "AL_Edify_Rewards_Club_Customer_All_View" and set the "Rewards Club" filter to yes as shown below.
Export the contents as a CSV file.
In Navicat, open the "temp_rwdclub" table. Import the CSV from step 3 into this table by clicking the “Import” button located above the table as shown below.

Use the following import settings.
Choose CSV file as the import type.
Do not alter the encoding or delimiter settings..
Ensure the additional source options match the screenshot below.
Do not alter the target table settings.
Set the field mapping as shown below (should be the default).
Select “Copy” as the import mode.
Click the “Start” button to begin the import.
Run the query in the “Rewards_Club_Query.sql” document. (The term in this query will have to be updated at some point.)
Export the results of the query using the “Export Results” button located at the top of the window where the query was run.

Use the following settings during the export.
Select “Export Current Result” from the dialogue box.
Choose any convenient place to save the file.
In the additional options, check the box for “Include column titles” do not change any other options.
Click the “Start” button to begin the export.

Create a copy of the "Rewards_Club_Template" document. Rename the copy "Rewards_Club_<current month>_<current day>_<current year>" (for example Rewards_Club_09_14_2024).
Inform the service team that the data is ready (currently Lisa VanDerhoof and Kimberly Davis).
